How to schedule your first session
I am partnered with Headway to provide a simple appointment booking and seamless insurance verification. I see clients with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Carelon, Oscar, Oxford, United HealthCare, Quest, and Cash Pay. Please follow this link for booking. All sessions are virtual and HIPPA compliant, however, you must be in California.
I am working with Grow Therapy to see clients with Kaiser Northern CA, Optum, and cash-pay clients.
Please note- If you are a Kaiser patient, you will need to do an intake with Kaiser Mental Health and ask for an external referral to Grow Therapy. You can then provide my name to Grow Therapy when you have your referral. Click here for a list of Kaiser mental health numbers by county
